3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Poured with a big head and slightly cloudy.Fruity with a bitter finnish that lingers for some time. A bit too bitter for my personal taste but still a good attempt at this very specialist style.
0,2l on tap @ Angleterre. Pours cloudy yellow with a low head. Aroma is slightly fruity malts. Flavor is thin watery malts with some tart notes and some hops. Bleh. Perhaps not in the best form any more? Cokemonkey11 (1092) - - NOV 11, 2017
Bottle at Zizi. Medium saison with a lovely foam head subsiding. Scent is quite light saison. Taste is surprisingly alpha medium hopped around 40 IBU. Actually quite a straightforward IPA in taste. Yes a bit peppery. Good. blueruin (186) - - OCT 22, 2017
Deep yellow with minimal head. Yeast and almost lager-y aroma. Taste is dry, with orange, some herbal notes and caramel. A bit too much of the sorachi ace coming through, and a fairly short, bitter finish. Medium palate, a little bit oily. Very little saison funk. Not what I was expecting - drinkable but not great. On tap, craft beer gallery. Golden colour, white head. Aroma is mostly yeasty, barnyardy, funky. Some fruity sour notes. Wine. Very promissing. Taste is yeasty, a bit funky, dry, well atenuated. Not so complex as Aroma. Some grainy malty notes. Easy drinkable. Good one. spacecube (1768) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 7, 2017

Light gold, slightly hazy, small white head. Nose is a restrained mixture of fruity hops and yeast. Medium body, nicely textured and carbonated. Tastes peppery, with a refreshing hoppy backbone and dry cracker malt. Does the job.
