COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gazillionaire was inspired by a beautiful Swedish bun had in Edinburgh, it reminded Brett of a family recipe with cardomon and vanilla. We thought it wass a great idea for a beer. White milk stout with vanilla & cardomom

Three of us tasted a bottle from Beer Gonzo and, not surprisingly, it had mixed results. I like it: it definitely has that spiced bun aroma with ginger and cardamom coming through. The body is pleasantly foamy and brings sweet lactose, along with orange, banana and spice. Dark orange colour with a white head.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a small, staying creamy white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, lime, grapefruit, grapes. Medium to low carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, grainy, oats, grapes, a bit vinious (even for the low ABV), a touch sharp.

Bottle from Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Copper to amber colour with an off white head. Aroma is chocolate, and caramel with vanilla and ginger. Taste is warning spicy fruit and sweet. Medium to full body.

Gazillionaire Copper color with a fruity cardamom, ginger and floral aroma. The beer has a medium body while the taste is kind of weird with ginger, fruit, vanilla syrup and citrus/floral hops. Alright but as mentioned a bit of an odd duck which should be listed as a spice beer not amber ale...

Bottle 750ml. at [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer Tasting ] @ Deanso’s place (former ABC Beers), Korte Koediefstraat 5 Den Haag, Netherlands 2511CE.

[ As Wild Beer Gazillionaire ].
Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy brett, cardomom - ginger - lemongras, sweet malt - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary - vanilla, cardomomme, lemongrass - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160922]

75cl bottle. Pours a misty amber, thin white head. Prominent spicy aroma, smooth vanilla, cardamom, mild TCP and herbs. Taste is smooth, with well integrated spice, vanilla, eucalyptus, foraged herbs.. perhaps overly herbal. Interesting idea, and its well executed, but can’t see myself reaching for this again.

Bottle at London tasting, October 2016. Amber color. I smell wheat in the aroma, and a little dust here. Lightly sweet, I do taste the vanilla, and the cardamom is there too, a flavor I like especially in Belgian style beer. Low carbonation. ok.

Bottle @Alex T’s, Kishan is leaving, will he come back Tasting. Pours golden, hazy, thin white head. Nose caramel, toffee, jam (blackberry), slight vanilla, slightly spicy. Taste is along the same lines as the nose but the vanilla and the spices much more to the fore.

October 2016 - Bottle share at CBC Islington, as ’Wild Beer Gazillionaire’. Many thanks to Matteo for this one. Pours amber orange, still, translucent with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is not what I expected – eucalyptus, cardamom, sage, celery, lime in an ashtray, caramac, cheap perfume and dusty. That’s a lot of random things to say about the aroma – I kept getting a different vibe from it. There’s something very nostalgic about the aroma for me – can’t place it. Anyway, body is light and smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is herbal, steam room vibes, spearmint and caramel. What an interesting beer. Don’t think I could be bothered with a 750ml bottle, but a fun one to share. Thanks Matty-o. (3.4)
