Intensely strong Belgian-style weiss/blonde. At 13%+ this is no joke, but adds a welcome warmth to the weiss template. I would take a while to get through even a ⅓ glass, but this is a demanding and interesting beer all the same. Tasted at Small Bar, Bristol. Finn (8538) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 20, 2017
Flaske 750ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med EgilB på Øverhøgda 18 Des 17. Ferskenfarget. Uklar. Filmskum. Aroma av frukt & krydder. Smaken tropisk frukt. Framstår som en hybrid av sake & øl. Sånn passe - og altfor sterk for ei så stor flaske. Alkoholen er veldig godt kamuflert. minutemat (6370) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2017
75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 17. Courtesy of Mike. Pours misty golden yellow thin white head. Aroma is curiously fruity, yuzu, yeasty. Taste is similarly complex, interestingly sweet with yuzu, saison yeast, rice umami, buckthorn.. fairly sweet, some juice.. hitting the spot excellent. creppyiceman (1246) - Cracow, POLAND - NOV 11, 2017
Aroma: yuzu fruit, rice
Appearance: yellow, small head.
Taste: dry, flavour of yuzu, sweet malt, bit caramely, dry herba/ boozy finish.
Palate: medium body, low carbonation, boozy af.
Overall: Meh, tastes like shitty sake blended with yuzu juice. KoNrRiI (1734) - Århus, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2017 0.75 bottle @ Jozefitow Very hazy, pale yellow with a quickly disappearing head. Sweet and sour aroma of yuzu, a bit spicy, yeasty, delicately Belgian, umami is quite evident. Taste is also sweet and sour, less spicy. Almost full, slick, soft. Finish is terrific with all the main flavors represented fully. Overall, it is one of the most unusual beers I have had in my brief beer-tasting career. Props for this unorthodox yet palatable and good brew.

From bomber bottle, a sweet and spice aroma , gives way to a multi layered flavour . Initial citrus , then Belgian candy sweetness, with a touch of salt on the finish. Mr_Pink_152 (5915) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2017
Tried in a bottle from flavourly.com. Golden colour with a white head. Deep grainy and light fruit slight salt. Dry taste umami and with a light sweetness. Big warming body. Heidbummer (1041) - SCOTLAND - AUG 6, 2017
Bottle. This is a very complex beer. Pours like thick cider, scrumpy even, no head after a few bubbles. Big farmhouse ale aroma - must, sawdust, herbs, grass. There’s an immediate boozy warming hit from hit, followed by a bewildering mix of tastes - sour, citrus at first but that quickly gives way to a thicker, sugary maltiness, then some umami and a deep citrus (preserved lemons) then more heat in the back with pepper and something herbal. It won’t impress everyone, but it’s a complicated and interesting beer. If it’s really a beer..... vami (589) - Poznan, POLAND - AUG 5, 2017
Well, it said lager on the label, not BSA.... overwhelmingly alcoholic. At first nothing but booze. Then some fruity notes coming from yuzu, very juicy and a bit tart. Gentle Umami overtones. Meh. Kavu (5318) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 6, 2017
