COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it’s like you’re a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles. Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.

Tap at the innis and gunn. Nose is chocolate, caramel, coffee. Palate is bread, chocolate, toffee, toast. Delicious

Black, small beige head. Smoky aroma. Sweet body with smoky background, very mild. Lightly roasted finish. Nothing exceptional, but ok

Pint at the Old Fox, Felling. Looked the business with a jet black body and a creamy off white head. Aroma of milk chocolate. Chocolate flavour, Nutella, caramel, sweet liquorice. Smooth velvety mouth feel, but very sweet. I didn't get the promised salty kick, so ultimately this was too sweet for me personally.

Dark brown color with a fizzy, finger-high white head, which quickly dissolves. Full body, medium carbonation, no lacing. Smell of dark fruits, caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, watery espresso, roast, metal and some vanilla. Sweet taste of chocolate, mild coffee, molasses, caramel, some tobacco and flavored soda. Very easy-to-drink one, nice creaminess, fair balance, caramel finish.

I had high hopes for this beer but was a llittle let down. More vanilla flavours than salted caramel. Not unpleasant but not true to the label

On tap at the Pilcrow, Manchester. Pours dark brown with medium white head. Malty, some roastiness, milk chocolate, cocoa, some dark fruity notes, lactic. Too sweet for my taste. Smooth texture. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2017 Pours dark brown/black, with very little head. Aroma is mild coffee and coco. Taste is a sweet tooths dream, very sweet caramel with a slight bitterness towards the end. Very good beer, a stout i could drink in big quantities

olio (10593) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 3, 2017
Tap @ Konttori.

Pours black color with a large beige head. Sweet lactic sugary aroma, cocoa, syrup and chocolate. Milky chocolate flavor, cocoa and vanilla notes, subtle fruity notes too. A bit too sweet, but quite full for such low abv.
