Keg @ The White Horse On Parsons Green. The pour’s a soupy, murky reddish brown color with a tiny off-white head. The nose is salted dark chocolate, tangy red berry, balsamic, some wood. The taste is more tangy red berry jam. Slightly tannic, more balsamic. Slight hints of brett and buggy wood. These funky flavors are supported by a fat malty body. Notes of chocolate, charred grain, ash and leather. Dry woody finish. Easy to drink, this beer wears the ABV well. Overall, really nice effort. Thought-provoking stuff. I’m looking forward to trying more Wild beers!

Tap. Some oak on the nose but otherwise it is a malty beast. Pours brown clear body with white lace top. Taste is medium to strong sweetness with light sourness. Palate is medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, and finish remains sweet. Maybe 90 days is not enough. Disappointing MD11 (111) - - NOV 12, 2017
Bevuta in bottiglia. Colore caramello scuro con schiuma beige. Al naso aceto balsamico, cioccolato, botte. In bocca sembra un aceto balsamico di 20 anni. Perfetta. sharky2kx (26) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - NOV 4, 2017
Nose opens on heavy balsamic vinegar. Initially off putting but as the beer area, it sits back to allow the fruit and wine flavours more exposure.

The palate is all about balsamic, yeast, wine and predominantly, exquisite champagne. I was so surprised when I began to feel I was drinking a decent krug.
A downside is that I found no Bourbon flavours anywhere, which could have reigned back the sometimes-overwhelming balsamic. Very interesting.
On tap at Pivoteka Zagreb. Brown coloured, minimal off-white head, fruits and vinager in the nose. Acidic/sweet fruity (balsamic like), notes of cherries and berries with distinct red wine barrel touch. Dry tartish finish. Ascelja (1803) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 10, 2017

Gooseberries, red currant, sour fermented honey, bourbon, red wine, red grapes, caramel bonbons, toffee. Fuller body, moderately carbonated. <>Greatly balanced! Just perfect!
Bottle. Pours redish-brown, with small, beige head. Aromas of red fruits, some sourness, woody notes, very vinous. Taste is subtle sour, fruity, with a bit tannic aftertaste. Aroma is a bit more promosing than taste but still this is a very interesting beer. Rotin (1807) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 5, 2017
