Clear medium to dark brown red color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, berries, wood, light barnyard, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sour, fruity - berry, wood, berries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft @ CASK Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico SW1. Pours a dark amber ruby color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody whiskey aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty woody caramel and weak bourbon flavor. Has a fruity malty woody whiskey caramel finish.

Bottled (Spontaneous KSMT tasting). Ambery brown colour with a minor head, which vanishes quite quickly. Quite a tight and stinging aroma of sourness, some cherries, mild red berries and some slight winelike notes along with some slight wood. Light palate, dry and minerally. Lactose malt. Brett. Seltzer minerals. Mild red berry fruits. Refreshing. Not bad at all if a bit dry.

Bottle at Paul’s Birthday Drinks - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Pours clearish red-brown with a lasting, creamy beige head. Nose of ripe, dark fruits, dark bread, some leather. Medium sweet flavor, some simple bread, more fruits, berries. Light to medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, some dried semi-ripe fruits, bread, faint leather. Very tasty beer.
