COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bubbles + Apples + Wild Yeast photo (16) Named after the ancient Greek goddess of beer, this is an equally divine Belgian-style saison with a copious amount of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast added to the mix. However, we like to take things just that bit further (it’s the Wild way!) — once bottled the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, giving it a brisk spritziness on the tongue. Serve chilled in a champagne flute to allow the bouquet of playfully aromatic notes to be fully appreciated. Take a sip to enjoy a further cascade of striking and sensuous flavours alongside the carefree champagne-like spritziness. The long, dry finish is both refreshing and complex.

Description here is pretty on point. Getting lots of crisp apple, yeasty aromas and taste, just a fleeting fruit sweetness in the background flavor profile. Finishes clean, but with some bitterness, the only quality preventing a higher rating from me. Comparable to a crisper, less yeasty abbey tripel. Did not manage to share the sharing bottle on this one.

Ktwse (4882) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2017
Pours clear golden with low white head. Aroma of green apples, grapes, grass, bretta and barnyard. Taste is apple sweet with just a hint of tartness, sweet lingering finish. Medium full and smooth body with soft carbonation.

dorain (281) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 4, 2017

Strykzone (7356) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - JUN 2, 2017
Bottle. Quite hazy golden with a shave cream like almost white head. Brown sediment at the bottom. Thick patterned lacing. A lot of fruit in the aroma and it is complex. The flavor matches the aroma. Feel is also juicy. Apples are tasted along with earth and bitterness. Tannin, too. It is moderately tart. This is quite unique, flavorful, and enjoyable.
