peponi (2174) - Strzelce Wielkie, POLAND - JUN 21, 2014
Aroma: lemon acid and nothing more. Appearance: hazy straw color, poor white head. Taste: lemon acid, pretty high sourness and actually that’s all. Palate: low body and high carbonation, sour finish. Overall: Real sour beer, which is one-dimensional.

msbernac (2966) - Krakow, POLAND - JUN 21, 2014
Draught Aroma-fruits, yeast Appearance- pale, cloudy, white foam, Taste-medium sourness, light sweetness, Palate-light body, slick feel, average carbonation, sour finish Overall-very refreshing

leaparsons (10976) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2014
Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a thin head. Aromas are lemon and yeast with funky notes. Oak barrel with yet more floral yeastiness. Flavours are tart lemon with funky yeast and cheesecake. Green tart apple with light woodiness. And that’s about it. Good sharp beer.

JBPortland (1582) - Virginia, USA - JUN 18, 2014
Bottle pours hazy pale straw yellow with a small head that quickly fades. Nose is interesting, lots of funk, dry attic, mothballs, crawlspace, old blanket, green beans, some subtle green apple skin and lemony notes. Taste is bright crisp tart acidity, the weird funk from the nose is present to a lesser extent, lemongrass, apple cider, stale wheat. The finish is crisp nicely balanced sour acidity with lacto yogurt and cheese notes accompanied by some soft crab apple. Very unique.

jamestulloch (4508) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 16, 2014
Bottle from Cornelius. Murky grey/yellow body with a faint white head that quickly fades. No lacing. Aroma of apple sauce and cheese. Flavour of sharp Granny Smith apple, lemon juice and mouldy, sour-tasting bread. Very tart and acidic. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Try as I might, I just can’t seem to enjoy this beer style. Straight down the drain...

tommann (4119) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2014
330ml bottle. Pours a very pale hazy lemon with no head. Aroma is strong sour yoghurt with a little sharp lemon. Taste is yoghurt and cider to start with an ashy vinegar yoghurt finish.

bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - JUN 8, 2014
Pours a pale yellow color with a finger of fizzy white foam that dissipates quickly. Nose is apple skin, musky lemon, biscuit, and round wheat. Palate follows with some complex tartness, layers of basque cider, wet shredded wheat, lemon pith, floral grass. Interesting little beer !
