Great sour beer. Although it's a bit on the tart side. It's what I'd expect a sour to taste like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Birmingham Beer Bash 2014. Silly old me, I never saw this coming. I took for granted Wild’s ability with sour beers and became blase. But this is outstanding. Gentle mandarin fruitiness, genuine sourness, with a bag of funk. Mouthfeel is a light as a feather and the aroma is deep and tempting. Packed with flavour, but so moreish and easy to drink. Yum.

The Somerset Sour Ale’s crisp, acidic flavor was exactly as I had hoped and well worth the downtown Albuquerque $7 price. If you prefer your chicken sautéed in a lemon caper sauce and you gravitate towards tart Granny Smith apples, then this British import is for you. The hazy, pale, yellow ale with its refreshing light carbonation had enough zing to make me want to go back for more. citrus, astringent,

English is not my first language, so I will do my best at describing this beer so please be tolerent! If you like sour beers, you will surely enjoy this one: loads of carbonation, but unfortunatly, the big bubble head disapear instantly after pouring. The liquid is bright yellow and fizzy. Aroma is fairly close to lemon juice plus an subtile addition of alcool wich kinda reminds you you are actually drinking a beer. Taste: sour but not to much so the beverage still pleasant. Your taste buds are not destroyed and this is probably it’s best quality. Cons: lack of complexity, not in the way that you expect anything hoppy nor bitter from this beer, but this one goes straight sour and nothing else. I still really enjoy it!

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, pearlescent straw type colour. Thick, lasting head of tight, white bubbles. Handsome. Aroma of just beginning to ferment apple juice. Lots of the lactic thing. Quite grainy. Taste is very dry, and lactic tart. Clean, sharp, crisp palate. There’s a hint of sweetness in there, that fits really well. Crisp, dry finish. Very nice.

Light, hint of the apple. Drank at the owl farm. Ending of straw. We got into a discussion about appropriate glassware. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Cloudy yellow beer with minimal white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, zest. Dry finish. Not too sour. Refreshing. Watery. Good.
