Pours a reddish cough syrup color. Nose is exactly like a cherry tootsie roll sucker. Taste is more pronounced with the cocoa but pretty similar. MeadMe (1683) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - OCT 4, 2014
Pours cola colored. Aromas of cola and cherry. Flavor is honey, light spice and cola. Flavor kills tastes. Oddly unique. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 27, 2013
750ml bottle shared by jtclockwork-may have faded a bit, so taking that into account-bubbles-deep ruby red/brown. A-chocolate, cherry, honey. T-sweet chocolate, cherry, honey, spice. Easy. blipp (9691) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 15, 2012
Bottle. Pours close to brown and still. A little bit too close to cough drops on the nose, but damn, the flavor brings sweet dark cherry, chocolate, and some lingering honey sweetness. Good stuff, very tasty. j12601 (13093) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Bottle at James’ place for a tasting. Pours a clear amber brown, still, no head. Smells immediately of a cherry cough drop straight out of my childhood. Medium bodied, cherry cough drops again, and then a slow hit of chocolate out of nowhere. Really tasty actually. Quite nice. Very light warming alcohol on the finish, more chocolate and cherry. Very smooth and drinkable. Sort of like a cheap drugstore chocolate covered cherry.

Bottle courtesy of James at his tasting in November 2012. Pours a deep reddish wine body. Aroma is pure ludens and light peppers. Mouthfeel is silky with notes of chocolate covered cherries, light spice, peppers and cherry skins. Mmmmmmm. jtclockwork (17264) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 29, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2012 Bottle. Pours dark cherry red. Nose and taste of cherry juice, chocolate, honey and vanilla. Medium body. The chocolate is a bit artificial at times, but still quite good.
