Caramel malt sweetness on the nose, taste is somewhat sweet as well with a light bitterness to follow. Pours brown with no head. Nothing special going on here. skoll (420) - Traverse City, Michigan, USA - MAR 28, 2010
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark brown color with a trace of a khaki head that faded quickly. The aroma was tangy, malty and had light fruity hops. The flavor was bitter, sharp, roasty and dry with a tangy dry finish but no lasting flavor. just average but very drinkable.
