Bottle shared with Linh and Scarlett while in Madison, GA. Pours a hazy, golden amber body with thick white head. Tons of spice on the nose - mostly burnt clove. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp with notes of spicy clove and alcohol. Pretty offensive. Arayaga2 (2192) - portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 24, 2016
Big white bubbles on this highly carbonated gusher. Taste and smell are light spiced apple, and there's residual sweetness into the finish. Thanks, Dad.

It pours a hazy pale golden color with a massive fluffy white head. It has the aroma of Belgian yeast, vanilla, bread & clove. It has a bitter flavor, a dank flavor, cooked vegetables, clove, alcohol & earthy flavor. I don’t think this beer tastes like it was intended to taste. It was a gusher too and over flowed the bottle when opened. I think it was infected. Very disappointing. pressboxjoe (454) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 10, 2016
Gusher. Light sweet and clean Belgian profile. Glass-filling head was distracting, but beer was tasty. edgallow (4165) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 5, 2016

On tap at Mellow Mushroom in Acworth, GA. Aroma is Belgian farmers, fruits and spices. Taste is thick but light and crisp at the same time. Definitely getting the earthy Belgian spiciness and yeasty fruity esters. Impressed with this Georgia take on a Belgian. Augdraught1981 (266) - Harlem, Georgia, USA - APR 1, 2016
True golden pour with thin white head poured into a chalice. The aroma is clean & sweet, and hefeweizen like the closer you bring your nose to the glass. The flavor is a similar spicy, sweet, and ever so slightly hoppy that balances perfectly with the malt to keep this from being too sweet while adding some hop character. Very smooth and well hidden alcohol. Overall impressions are: Sweet, smooth, a little fruity, highly drinkable, & slightly spicy. Even as the beer warms at the end of the glass, it still holds it’s charm and leaves you wanting more. Exceptionally well made beer. A+ beer from my home state. ordybill (1738) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - JUN 26, 2015

On draft. Pours golden with a long, lingering, and foamy white head. Nose is candied sugar, bread, and a touch of hops. Flavor is similar but a bit drier with a smooth finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Good stuff. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 22, 2015
12oz bottle, purchased from Habersham in Savannah on 2/23/15. Bottle foams a bit slowly upon opening, I poured it before any went over the top. Hazy orange color in the glass, with a bigger off-white head, that leaves thick lace. Seems a touch infected up front, touch of brett I think in the nose. Kind of musty. Bit strongly carbonated, strong soft carbonation. Bigger body, lightly slick, then dry finish. Off-flavor up front is less noticeable after a few sips. Some citrus, dried mild spice, peppery, belgian yeast type flavor. Belgian type malt. Moderate to bigger sweet taste, light spicy, just a touch of warmth. Mildly tart. Past the off front-part, it ended up being ok between bites of pizza, but pretty rough on it’s own, difficult to finish. Chalky dry finish. Seeing the burnt grain and corn that brokensail mentioned. I wonder how long this has been sitting on the shelf for.
