We brew our Strong Golden Ale all-grain, giving it a deep and complex taste.

Belgian aromatic malts add hints of dried fruit, while generous Noble and West Coast hops deliver an earthy spiciness. It finishes semi-dry with lingering tropical fruits and spicy notes from Belgian yeast.

Suggested food pairings: Roasted chicken, grilled pork chops, salmon, Portobello mushrooms, Gouda or Gruyere cheese.

12 oz. canned 05/04/2017. Lightly hazy golden brew with a lasting film of cream. Nose is candi sugar, lemon zest, bread yeast and a hint of booze. Flavor has citrus zest, pear, clove bubblegum, apple, toffee, resin and a bit more of the expected peppery/spicy zip of the Belgian yeast than the nose indicated. Some booze in the finish. Near-medium bodied with a dry slant and slightly more abv warmth than expected from an 8.5 brew. Medium fizz is mostly smooth.

Golden, mostly clear with a thin white head. Strong Belgian yeast aroma. Spicy with hints of fruit. Nice.

Bottle shared with Linh and Scarlett while in Madison, GA. Pours a hazy, golden amber body with thick white head. Tons of spice on the nose - mostly burnt clove. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp with notes of spicy clove and alcohol. Pretty offensive.

Big white bubbles on this highly carbonated gusher. Taste and smell are light spiced apple, and there's residual sweetness into the finish. Thanks, Dad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It pours a hazy pale golden color with a massive fluffy white head. It has the aroma of Belgian yeast, vanilla, bread & clove. It has a bitter flavor, a dank flavor, cooked vegetables, clove, alcohol & earthy flavor. I don’t think this beer tastes like it was intended to taste. It was a gusher too and over flowed the bottle when opened. I think it was infected. Very disappointing.

Gusher. Light sweet and clean Belgian profile. Glass-filling head was distracting, but beer was tasty.

On tap at Mellow Mushroom in Acworth, GA. Aroma is Belgian farmers, fruits and spices. Taste is thick but light and crisp at the same time. Definitely getting the earthy Belgian spiciness and yeasty fruity esters. Impressed with this Georgia take on a Belgian.

True golden pour with thin white head poured into a chalice. The aroma is clean & sweet, and hefeweizen like the closer you bring your nose to the glass. The flavor is a similar spicy, sweet, and ever so slightly hoppy that balances perfectly with the malt to keep this from being too sweet while adding some hop character. Very smooth and well hidden alcohol. Overall impressions are: Sweet, smooth, a little fruity, highly drinkable, & slightly spicy. Even as the beer warms at the end of the glass, it still holds it’s charm and leaves you wanting more. Exceptionally well made beer. A+ beer from my home state.
