I would like to rerate this beer.
Growler from Hop City. Pours a dark, cloudy, ruby color with a thin head. The aroma is dark fruits, black pepper, molasses, and a little ripe bananas. The flavor is very sweet, and a little spicy. The palate is heavy, sticky, and the carbonation is light but lively. The finish is long and stickily sweet, with a little alcohol warming. Overall, this is surprisingly good, for an American made Quadrupel. Leighton (21239) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2015
Bottle shared downtown during RBWG 2014 - Asheville Late-Nite. Cheers! Pours clear amber with a bubbly, off-white head. Rich malts in the nose, figs, ripe fruits. Big sweet flavor with robust bready malt character, dates, moderate toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with sticky sugars, ripe fruits, brown sugar, toffee, plums. Ticks all the quad boxes. Solid overall. edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 15, 2016

On tap @ Trapeeze Pub - Pours dark brown with smaller head. Nose of dark fruits and molasses. Taste is of dark ripe fruit with brown sugar with a cognac quality. Fairly complex. The booze was only moderately hidden. This may very well be the biggest beer coming out of Georgia at the moment. Quite good. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 7, 2014
Taste from a 32oz growler. Mostly hazy amber orange color. Thin ring of minimal white head. Couple fine dots of lace. Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy. Light warmth. Caramel malt, some butterscotch. Bigger dark fruit. Nice aroma to this. Good longer dark fruit aftertaste. Solid, american style quad. Kind of smooth and creamy, texture is way different from american examples. But I like this. Good stuff. rollinsr (745) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - JUL 4, 2014
Pours dark ruby with a thin filmy head. Aroma is sweet with notes of wild cherry. Flavor evokes more sweet cherry with light malts. Very satisfying sipping beer.

Bottle share at Evernote. Notes of sweet raisin and banana with cloves on cloves on cloves! Very interesting. elgiacomo (745) - Ringgold/Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, USA - AUG 7, 2012
16oz Growler from Beverage World. Served at around 50F.
Pours dark reddish brown with a very small head, recedes to just a tiny ring and leaves a few spots of lacing.
Aroma is oaky, vinous, bready, a lot of dark fruit, figs, plums. Good to very good strength.
Flavor features tons of really rich dark fruits, oak, vinous notes, bready & yeasty, rather sweet, alcohol is REALLY well hidden for 10.5% ABV. Very rich, tons of flavor.
Mouthfeel is medium-plus bodied, a bit sticky, low carbonation.
Nice, complex Quad. The Pinot Noir oak adds a nice dimension. Only real faults are the lack of carbonation and a sometimes high level of sweetness.
