Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a small head. Aroma of bubblegum, citrus and grain. Taste of bubblegum, bit of banana, with citrus and grain. Decent bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Moderate body, quite smooth with a hint of being a Hefeweizen. Decent beer but not keen on bubblegum. sawbuck (755) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - OCT 30, 2015
Strong aroma of bubble gum, some lemon and grass. Deep glden color, white head fades quickly. Sweet wheat up front. Bubble gum and some banana flavors. Qucily hidden by an off bitterness. No date on bottle, wonder if it’s old. Finish is bitter and metallic. Watery mouth feel. Must be a bad bottle...will try again....only if I know it’s fresh. thegreenrooster (4512) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 26, 2015
Pour is a thick, heavy looking murky orange with a very small head. Aroma is nice though. Lots of yeasty banana and clove esters with some other bubblegum sweetness. Flavor is a nice hefe honey malt with more of the banana and something almost like a berry flavor toward the end. The rub here is a bit of alcohol harshness after the swallow. It’s pretty decent but not your run of the mill hefe. Christpuncher (3191) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 16, 2015
Really fruity and yeasty like most Belgium beers. Pours cloudy orange with a thick white head. Poured with a slice of lemon. Had at Wild onion Metalhead (644) - Lake Zurich, Illinois, USA - JUL 12, 2015
Dark orange pour with a small puffy head. Aroma of sweet malty wheat ,over ripe banana and some spice. Flavor is pretty much the same minus the banana. Sticky mouth feel. Not bad. Just disappointed that I got zero banana or bubblegum in the taste.

Cloudy amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, clove, bananas, & some caramel; Flavor of sweet malt/wheat, yeast, bananas, caramel, and clove; Nicely balanced; Pretty decent hefe. AbbeyRoade (549) - Missouri, USA - FEB 12, 2015
I think the unique addition of more malt backbone to this hefeweizen added a nice special touch to the brew. It made it thicker and have a bit more body as well as a nice rich somewhat roasty aftertaste. Nice brew. EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - FEB 10, 2015
This beer pours an opaque brownish orange color with a medium white head that fades somewhat quickly. The aroma blends wheat and bubblegum with a hint of nuttiness, and the taste is mildly sweet with a really nice wheat aftertaste. The palate fuses a thick texture, medium-light body, and a soft carbonation. DrnkMcDermott (3130) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - FEB 8, 2015
Single bottle from Binny’s/ Bubblegum smell under the cap and into the glass. Slightly darker than most hefes, as if it was meant to be had in the fall and winter. Puffy hefe head. Some more bubblegum in the tongue, but behind it is a bit of wheat spice. Drinks pretty nice, although, yes, a bit hefty. Sweetness tends a bit on the saccharine side, but does not linger too long on the tongue. BVery (11209) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 11, 2014
Bottle at the brewpub. Slightly hazy light orange pour with no head. A bit of rotten banana and veggie. Not as bad as I just made it sound but not good either. Kind of flat. This is pretty bad.
