Can I brought to Paul’s tasting (thanks JoePeesie!). Clear dark golden pour. Nice citrus notes in the nose, notes of oranges and spruce. No hop sting but plenty of hops presence (pine and citrus). Slight cheese in the finish. Solid. jtclockwork (17631) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 14, 2012
Can at Paul’s. Pours amber with off white head. Nose/taste of hops, resin, dank hops, pine and apple. Dryish slightly bitter finish. Medium body. rbrenart (2) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 29, 2012 does not count
Tasty, little bit of bitterness but would never guess 8abv. This could be a dangerous one. BrewBoxer (2667) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 15, 2012
Deep brown on draft’. Nothing that blows me away but it’s a quality iPa regardless. I’d have it again nuplastikk (6511) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 8, 2012
12oz can courtesy of Brian. Dull orange-brown with a lacy off-white head. Peach apricot aroma, some previous rater nailed it in that regard. Mellow and earthy, with some lasting sugary sweetness and strawy hops. Drinkable, quite mild for the style. Not quite a double IPA for sure. Still a pretty enjoyable offering, maybe a little overpriced.

Can shared at May Ale Alpharetta. Pours orange/brown with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of orange, earth and grass with some sweet malts. The taste is medium bitter with some sweetness and a decent citrus burst. Pretty tasty. esjaygee (3902) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 20, 2012

Draft. Hazy golden color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of floral pine. Taste is not over the top, but smooth and balanced pine. Nice. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 17, 2012
Draft. Minimal off-white head, crystal clear amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, caramel/bread, some pine. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit/orange, some bread. Medium-full body, some resin. weihenweizen (4205) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - MAY 15, 2012
Refrigerated can from JoePessie. Pours deep copper with nice off-white head. Some lacing, medium body, resinous texture, medium carbonation and pine aroma. Taste is citrus, lots of pine, and bitter hop finish. Not balanced, too much pine, won’t be seeking out.
