Light amber color with a barely existant white head. Spicy aroma, mainly nutmeg. Tastes artificial. Pretty dry palate from all the spices. phaleslu (10670) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 3, 2011
12 oz. can at the STLHops Pinball Party. Bright orange can from a brewer I’ve never heard of- I was all over this at the end of the night. In college, it would have been the hammered chick in the low-slung top. Anyway, pours a cloudy gold color with a white film for a head. Spicy aroma- nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, caramel malts, and some pumpkin. Flavor is exactly the same. Light-bodied, with a spicy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. This delivers the pumpkin ale goods. No more, no less. Scouser (352) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 27, 2011
Pours a golden yellow with a little white head, no lacing. Very little aroma. A little watery but a nice pumpkin aftertaste. An ok beer. TonyDiUlio (679) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 21, 2011
Pour was a nice white head but didn’t last. Aroma was more full of fruits apricot and sour apple. Flavor was cinnimon and sweet pumpkin. Good brew jeff789 (1423) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 21, 2011
draft... lightly hazy amber with a minimal head, limited lacing, no retention... light spice in the aroma, some mild pumpkin notes, no real hoppiness to speak of... lively medium to medium thin body, ok spicing, but quite light with it, maltier than hoppy, relatively bland..

12oz. Can: Faint aroma of pumpkin and spice. Poured orange in color with a tiny, white head around the edges only. Cloudy. Not sparkling. Full of small and large-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of pumpkin, spice, nutmeg, and some grain. Light to medium body. Slick texture. Average carbonation. Pumpkin, spice, and nutmeg finish. jeremytoni (3083) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - SEP 18, 2011
From the tap poured an amber color with a fair amount of head. Spicy malty flavor with a lingering finish. GhostFace (477) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 16, 2011
Light cooper pour with a quickly fading head and some light lacing on my glass. Smells good of all the spices you are accustomed to in a pumpkin beer. Good flavor, nothing over-powering. Pretty balanced. I’d buy again. joeyplush (648) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 16, 2011
One of my friends said that this beer is like drinking a slice of pumpkin pie. He was right. Color is medium copper/burnt orange. Head thins out quickly and leaves thin soapy lacing. Aroma of pumpkin pie, nutmeg, cinnamon with traces of yeast. Taste is pumpkin pie, very creamy texture and a thick palate. The custard pie and nutmeg linger on the palate for a while. Definitely one of the best I have had in this category. Strykzone (7659) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - SEP 13, 2011
Sampled at an ESBLS tasting. A nice pumpkin pie nose that includes nutmeg. The flavor is almost as good with those pie tastes. Pretty good.
