Can: Weak lemony nose. Clear yellow, thick head. Corn initially, quite grassy at midpalate and beyond. Metallic throughout. My initial impression was this was fairly macroish, but it turned out to be fairly well hopped, its saving grace. Foxbush (2028) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - NOV 2, 2013
12 oz can The Pilsener poured a clear light gold with a frothy white head with lacing. The aroma was of honey and some light hops. The pils had medium body with fizzy carbonation. The taste is more complex with pears, bread and honey. The finish was drier than expected. There is a melatic aftertaste also at the finish.
