COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most popular beer with Teton Valley locals. Not your standard Pale; more body and mouth feel than regular pales, with focus on a big, malty profile, and more finishing hops than bittering. The result is great aroma and lots of hop flavor that’s very dinkable for micro brew rookies and pro micro quaffers. Brewed with Cascade, Northern Brown and Hallertau hops, then dry hopped with Amarillo.

Draft in Pocatello. Mild for a pale, but definitely easy to drink. After being outside all day, it was a very welcome quaff. Clear, golden with a cap of white head. Hoppy aroma, gentle. Taste also has a nice hops snap, but still allows the grain bill to shine through.

Braudog (6674) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 2, 2012
Draft at the brewpub. Golden orange, looking like the "average American". Drinks with a decidedly malty lift, but tinged with a subtle caress of Anglo-style hop. Pretty much straight down the middle. (#4633, 7/1/2012)

A great little pale ale, although, it had a little more maltiness and body than I was expecting. The right amount of hops are present, with a peanut butter saltiness coming through in the finish.

Mountain Brewers Beer Fest 2006. Lack of appearance judging reflects opaque plastic sampling cup. Light bread/grainy and light grass aroma. doughy. tastes more like a nut brown.

Sham (1844) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 8, 2005
Cloudy amber with no head or lacing. Soapy aromas with bitter hops and some citrus notes. Husky flavors with more bitter and soapy hops. Tail of bitter hops.

NABA ’05: Nose of light crispy hops and brief malts, not too over the top like some but not watery by any margin. The flavor is balanced and very drinkable. I had to get another sample of this since I drank it quicker than I could write down notes.
