COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewery ceased to exist before WWI. Assets were shared between Saku and A le Coq. Unknown where this was brewed, as it came in a flip-top, Karksi’s a possibility (which is 50% owned by A le Coq).

500ml bottle (Rocca al Mare)
Lactic aroma, messy grainy husky mashy and messy. Crisp carbonation, and a sweet smooth body. Wooly bitterness. Lactic in spades. Messy and very flawed, but in a farmhousey poor-attention-to-detail way. I have a very high tolerance for lactic acid and wooliness, so I can forgive this, but I imagine a purist would turn up his nose at it. Prefer it to a over-filtered supre-clean boring brew.
