Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 16th October 2012. Amber. Dying head vanishes. Fruity, slightly cheesy aroma. Vanilla and floral hops in-mouth, with some grass. Finish is floral, grassy and herby. Light mouthfeel and a fair amount of body for the strength.

Cask, 4.3% at 16. Berliner Bierfestival. Elderflower and peach aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. Good fruity flavour, refreshing, but not too sweet. Clean bitter finish.

Cask conditioned handpump Wenlock Arms London 16/05/12. A slightly hazy yellowgold coloured beer with a bright white head. A really lemony beer. Almost seems artificial in its fruitiness. A bit of flowery sweetness. Possibly not at its best.

Cask by handpump at Henglers Circus, Glasgow (12 May 12) - slightly hazy pale yellow ale, thin white head, citrus hop aroma, good temperature, mild citrus flavour, sweet, refreshing and smooth

On cask at Cloisters. I prefer this to the bottled version. Pours a golden colour with a fair white head. Nice aroma of passion fruit and pineapple with some barley in there. Williams house yeast aroma and flavour. Flavours of passion fruit, pineapple and mango, some sweetness and barley. Foamy mouth-feel. Didn’t find this as sweet as the bottled version.

stravale (3088) - Co. Westmeath, IRELAND - JUN 26, 2011
Cask @ Old Mill, Brodie (beer fest). Straw coloured ale with white head. Aroma - distinctive lemon, citrus hops, floral notes (from elderflower). Taste - lemony, slight grape notes, citrus hops, aromatic flowers. Short, slight bitter finish with lemon. A nice refreshing beer, but the floral notes were a bit strong. Caingorm Trade WInds is brewed with elderflower, but the floral component tastes quite different to me, blending more harmoniously in the taste profile.

[cask at 2009 Scottish Real Ale Festival] New beer (at the time) from Scott and Bruce, since been bottled for general release. Slightly hazy light golden colour, decent head retention. Reminded me of Williams Gold with elderflower added – light and hoppy, crisp fruit aromas. Flowery, lemony flavours with the elderflower at the end. Very sessionable. Another good drinking pale session beer from Williams Bros [25062009]

Cask from The Edward Wyllie. Fresh fruity aroma, golden yellow colour. Nice sweet menthol flavour very smooth and nice, nothing like the bottled version which wasn,t very good.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Gold, slight haze. Perfumed golden ale. Bit earthy, too perfumed for me.

Bullit (4672) - Burgos, SPAIN - MAR 22, 2010
