Keg at Inn Deep, Weegietown. It pours darkest brown with a small yellow-white. The nose is earthy, roasty, coffee, meaty, umami, treacle and salted caramel. The taste is bitter-sweet, roasty, toasty, liquorice, coffee grounds, charred wood and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad. mabuzzer (845) - Hamilton, SCOTLAND - JUL 19, 2014
Keg @ Drygate. Pours like a glass of coke, black and very little head. Smoky aroma, taste is coffee with hints of fruit. Bit watery, otherwise this would be excellent jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 17, 2014
2014-06-28. Ruby tinged black body with a modest brown head. 3+ Aroma is mild, light cocoa like dusty roast, mild fruity undertones. Flavour is surprisingly mild and fruity, dusty musty cocoa hints and a not quite roasty character to it. Average bodied palate, light carbonation is a bit thin and very much so for a stout. Not terrible but would fare better as a mild than a stout perhaps? On tap at Inn Deep, Glasgow Beese (2741) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2014
Draught at The Potting Shed, Edinburgh on 18 May. Poured black, with a creamy, beige head. Aroma was slightly dampened by the pillow head; some dark malts, molasses and cocoa getting through. Dark chocolate flavours, with some prunes and burnt malt. Finish was treacle, roasted malt and dried fruit. harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2014
On tap at Queens Head Acton Street with DanBrown. Some dark roast malts. Some chocolate. Ok mouthfeel. Best thing is the chocolate. A light mouthfeel. Ok

Nice and simple, this is not a bad thing. If i could take this everywhere with me as a standard beer it would be great, nice and solid DeanF (2464) - Alberta, CANADA - SEP 5, 2013
It has an aroma of great barley notes with some spiciness, has a perfect long-lasting head and black-amber body. Flavour is a reliable barley and maltiness but rather simplistic. Medium mouthfeel with a dry finish. It’s a decent drinkable stout, but middling for the style. Rune (12777) - Tromsø, NORWAY - AUG 22, 2013
Half, served from cask at the Red Squirrel. Creamy, tan-coloured head that laces well. Deep, dark brown coloured body. Roasted earthy malts on the nose. Dark malty flavours of chocolate and dark bread. Slightly roasted endnotes. Creamy texture. Quite alright, a bit thin bodied though (Edinburgh 07.08.2013). gunnar (9094) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JUL 18, 2013
Keg at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Pours black with a tiny white creamy head.Aroma of toasted malts, liquorice and coffee. Taste is moderate bitter, coffee, some chocolate and liquorice, which I am very fond of, so a good one in my book.

Keg at Inn Deep, Glasgow 19/6/2013. Near black with a tight, off-white head. Easy drinking stout with some chocolate and roasted malts, before a dryish finish. Good.
