Bottle - Yellowy Gold in colour. Fruity; mild lemon and grapefruit citrus. Hoppy; floral hops; mild hop bitterness. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Sweet light citrus fruity hoppy with sweet malts. OK. Easy drinking.

500 ml bottle - hazy appearance with no head at all. Very slight carbonation but is hidden in the aroma of fruity hops. Taste is, like all William Bros range, exception for a bottled craft beer. The hops are simple gorgeous.
