500ml bottle. Pours a golden amber with a white head. Carbonation rushing up the glass. Nose is grass, straw, light caramel, elderflower, citrus zest and hops. Smooth going down, nice balance of sweet and bitter. Taste is straw, honey, caramel, gooseberry, elderflower, lemon zest and grapefruit peel with a nice dry bitter finish. Fantastic quality as always from the Brothers. Great stuff !

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2016 Pours nearly clear straw color with 1 finger tall thick white head, lasting realy long. There’re a lot of tiny bubbles, like sparkling wine. Smells a lot like fresh honey, berries for sure, some malts & hops as well. The taste is a bit faint: slight berries, malts, slight bitter finish. Light-bodied with soft carb. I’d like to drink it time to time.
