davegore (223) - liverpool, Merseyside, ENGLAND - NOV 28, 2008
Bottle from Oddbins, pours like it says, a ruby red with a smallish head...dominated by berry fruits with some background maltiness...slips down a treat

Bottle from a London Oddbins. Fruity, full taste, red berries, malty body, clear and clean hops. Very refreshing, surprisingly good.

500ml bottle. Smells of candy and mineralised water. Soft mouth feel. Subtle carbonation. Toasty sugar and candy flavours dominate. This was one of the best bottle beers I’ve ever had.

50cl, Bottle, Oddbins Inverness. Nice slight caramel offering. Quite a creamy background. Good gentle finish.

Rune (12795) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 19, 2008
500ml bottle picked up at OddBins, Oxford. Served lightly chilled at home. Inviting smell of toffee malt. Flavour has got some layers of medium sweet malts supported by dark spices and ending with a bitter note. Clear and good looking rusty brown body under a thin, but lasting, off-white head. Nice laceworks on the glass. Medium bodied (Tromsø, 18.07.2008).

Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 16, 2008
Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Hazy dark red body. Cherries coloured actually. Cocoa dominated aroma. Cocoa also in the flavor but more spicy than expected. Unfortunately low hopped and a bit too watery. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

yespr (45464) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2008
Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing tan head. Aroma and initial flavour is mild spiced and of light fruity hops notes. Again a light house character with the sweet hops impression. Medium dry malt base before the finish which goes into a dry and bitter spiced hops finish.

KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2008
Clear amber with tiny white head. Sweet fruity with caramel, ripe fruits and toasted malt. Finishes bitter.

Bottle, Oddbins, Liverpool. Pours orangey brown with a vanishing head. Aroma is grapefruit and hops. Soft mouthfeel. Flavour is piney and hoppy with some fruit present also. Very American in style, but that is no criticism. Nice lingering dry bitter finish. Don’t know why but I wasn’t expecting much from this, but it turned out to be a truly excellent brew.
