Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear slightly darker golden. Aroma is raspberry mostly. Taste is still raspberry but it tastes strange with malts and bitterness.

Erzengel (8744) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - FEB 15, 2015
The beer starts fruity fresh, nice berry aroma in the background, lots of flavour. Hints of grain and malt in the mainpart, fresh-smooth, slightly sour in the aftertaste, highly drinkable, fresh and smooth, hints of bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice brew!

Bottle BBE Dec 2015. Chilled. Tart fruit aromas such as blackcurrant. Floral. Reddish amber appearance. Minor head, with poor retention. Up-front sourness with a gentle underlying sweetness. Light to medium body, with a soapy texture. Low carbonation. Abrupt finish.

Pours an almost kopparberg pink with a little head that keeps slightly. Aromas of tayberries and elderflower. Taste is a mix of tayberries and light hops. Excellent when eating strawberries and raspberries (which I was doing).
