Bottle. Amber Gold. Tangy, floral, spicy, peppery, lemon-citrus hops over malty base (caramel & biscuity) with subtle elderflower notes. Good hop/malt balance. Long dry hop bitter finish. Refreshing & aromatic beer. Very nice! (2008)

Bottled 500ml. -from 8 a Huit Val Thorens. Pale golden coloured, small white head, big bubbles of carbonation, whiff of elder in the nose. Malty, light fruity hoppy, notes of elderflower and vegetables with notes of caramel in the finish. Nothing special here.
