Don’t usually like beers with elderflower, so wasn’t expecting to like this. But the hops dominate, leaving something like a cross between a traditional strong IPA and a refreshing summer ale. And it works. Delicious, unusual and versatile. Session? Tick. Just one bottle to unwind after work? Tick. Accompanying food? Tick. An absolute humdinger. dgbeer (6) - - DEC 10, 2013 does not count
My Favourite beer at the moment. I've converted all my friends and they love it too PieMan70 (25) - - JAN 18, 2013
Very hoppy smell, clear golden ale. Light and refreshing hoppy zesty taste. Lovely session beer tsurkan_sergey (68) - Novosibirsk, RUSSIA - NOV 6, 2013
Bottle 0.5. premium bitter ale - comprising a mixture of 7 malt (barley and wheat), elderberry, lemon peel. Color - a little dark (caramel malt flavor and feel). Floral aroma, fragrant hops (similar to the "Pearl"). Taste - the rich - and the malt and hops are well audible, hop a lot, like IPA, astringent aftertaste. Super piwo lekko mglisto-metne, ale bez drożdzy w butelce. Aromaty się mieszają słodkie z gożkimi, aromatyczne z wytrawnymi. Piana średnia ale błyskawicznie opada. Smak goryczkowy jednak przeważa. Finisz jak przystalo na ESB bardzo wytrawny.

Golden colour. Thin white head. Floral aroma. Bit like parma violets. Light carbonation. Biscuity, sweet dough. Light brown sugar. Easy to drink. Lovely. imdownthepub (15332) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2007
Bottled, 500ml, filtered. From Tesco, Banbury. Gold with white head. Lovely spicy lemony grassy aroma which follows on into the beer. It’s really difficult to get a bitter freshness in a bottle, but this one manages it. Fresh dry and bitter, citric and lasting. Really enjoyed it while cooking the Christmas Roast.
