3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pint can at Luluís Pizza. Initial pour has bubbly head, which fades fast, clear golden body with lazy carbonation. Aroma seems more apples than pears, as does taste. A bit more pear flavor comes in late, finishes clean. Summer quencher.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Still having trouble rating ciders. Figuring out though that I prefer variations like pear, apricot, mango, etc. over the standard apple. This is one of the popular and trendy ones. Seen it at restaurant or bars to pair with dinner or mixtails and such. Has a dry flavor and feel. Not overly sweet. There is a little tartness at the end. Appearance is a super light green-yellow. Seems a little mass-produced...but not bad.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
500 ml can. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a thin, fizzy, white head. Aroma of tart pears and sugar. Sweet and tart flavour of pears with a dry finish. Light body with a sticky texture and fizzy carbonation. Tastes like a soda.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml can. A very pale yellow clear body, small white head with residual foam. Aroma of fermented pears and apples, white wine, candies. Refreshing taste of green grapes and pears, hints of apples and caramel. Much more sour than I expected.

Nice colour, great deal of carbonation. Nice on the nose, very light tasting, very distinctive wne flavours. Wouldnt buy again.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
"This cider has lively carbonation, and finished dry after a slightly sweeter than Iím used to in English ciders flavor. Refreshing, but doesnít do anything to stand out much..."

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500 ml can from Cactus Jacks into a pint glass. Gold and clear appearance with minimal head, quickly dissipating to nothing. Aroma of pears, apple juice and sweet candy. Similar flavor, sweet, fruity and juicy. Light to medium body, carbonated and pretty crisp with a sweet finish. Somewhat refreshing, just too sweet for me.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Yeah, dude...sir perry awaits. Maybe this rating will benefit from the 17% port barrel infused stout Iím still buzzing from...maybe, but I doubt it. The rating wonít be better, but my review will at least be more interesting. Aroma...pears! Bartlett, bosc, or maybe because itís from England, Vicar of Winkfield? Pliny suggested Falernian pears, but I doubt that. Who the hell cares...it smells like pears, or more aptly, pear syrup and maybe a little lemon. By appearance, itís a clear yellow with a thing ringed white head and moderate carbonation. Tastewise...pears, I guess, other acidic sweet fruit like apple and grape are there too. I dontí know...itís not my thing; I buy these to reduce and simmer some fresh pears in for a kick ass dessert, and not to drink. Trust me, Sir Perry, I wonít destroy you, youíre actually quite refreshing, and miles ahead of a macro lager any day.
