Hell hefiger Beginn, wenig Banane, etwas dumpf. Im Mittelteil steigend bananig, süffig, angenehm weich herb, fehlerfrei, einen Ticken süß. Gut. 11/10/11/10/8/11

This brewery usually hits the mark, and the Schlosseweisse is as good a Hefeweizen as you will get. Not too sweet, nor bitter, a good down to earth screaming "Bayern" Weissbier.

ogivlado (7839) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 7, 2015
Bottled 500ml. -from Biervana Munich. Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively cyrbonation, whiff of smoke in the nose. Sweetish malty, light caramel and slightly acidic fruity with yeasty notes in the finish. Ok weizen but nothing more than that.

So, the last of the 4 Au beers Ogi brought, thanks! Full ochre body with a small, chalky, thick whtie head. Quite lively carbonation. Almost unique aroma, Maraska cherry notes on top of the maltiness. Very drinkable weisse that mingles cherries, mild, with pleasant underlying yeasty notes, trace papery notes. Eh. I’m actually liking this in general. Somewhat unique inside the genre. Likable. Not flashy, tasty, like basically all 4 Au beers I’ve tried today, but this one takes it a step further.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o wulkanicznej i rosnacej piance. Bardzo trwalej puszystej i zbitej. Mnostwo blota czyli osadu drozdzowego. Kolor bursztynowy po zmetnieniu blocisto szaro brazowy. Aromatyczne kwiaty polne pieczony banan i mus sliwkowy. W smaku smaczne troche gozdzikow, banany i jablka. Dobra tradycyjna pszenica

Reconqvista (339) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAR 29, 2015
Light orange semi-hazy color with a nice big, frothy and lasting beige head. Aroma is grainy, malty and with wheat notes; clear banana traces. Wheat is the predominant flavor, bitter and moderately sweet. Body is thick and carbonation average.

TBone (17550) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 18, 2014
Bottled 500ml (AIH40)
Hazy amber color, steady small off-white head. Sweet banana in the nose. Light to medium-bodied, active carbonation. Quite traditional clean German hefeweizen. Finish is a bit watery so more hops and perhaps a bit more malt base is needed.

[email protected] (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is mild bananas, some spices, wheat and a bit toffeeish notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffeeish and mildly wheaty and herbal. Slight spices kicking in the finish as well.
