On tap at the brewery: Pours clear golden with a decent white head. Aroma of bread, pils malt, and a little lemon. Taste is more of the same, a bit doughy, with some very light fruit notes. Light body, light flavor, it’s a decent beer that everyone can enjoy.

kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 7, 2013
Tap. Pours a clear dark gold body with a small wispy white head that faded quickly. The nose is clean bready malt with a touch of light fruitiness, minimal to no hoppiness. The flavor is pretty clean as well, pale bready and doughy malt, a light sweetness on the finish balanced with a little bit of hop bitterness. Light bodied and easy drinking with a touch of clinginess, soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty solid effort for a usually boring style.

2.6
BVery (11361) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUL 16, 2013
Tap at the brewpub. Clear light orange pour with no head. Grain, sweet bready malts. Okay for a standard golden.

3.2
Dogbrick (13777) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
