Growler from the brewpub. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of lots of bitter chocolate, some roasted malt. Flavor of roasted, charred malt and light bitter chocolate. Solid schwartzbier with a predominant chocolate profile, very tasty and super drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. Jet black with a tan head. Excellent lacing. Very dark chocolate nose, coffee and floral hop. Nice choco-coffee flavor, mildly bitter. Smooth body. LOVE IT.
