I dig it. Average pale colored saison. Aroma is floral, yeasty, lightly fruity and spicy. Taste is dry and refreshing with balanced floral favors that don’t overwhelm. Beers that make me question my manhood get a bonus pt. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 8, 2013
Tap. Pours a cloudy dark copper to amber body with a wispy film of off-white head. The nose is pretty great, tons of fresh floral notes, especially hibiscus, balanced with a slight earthiness from the yeast. A slight sweetness. Smells like a spring hike in the mountains. The flavor is soft and subtle with lots of flowery notes, balanced nicely with light earthiness and yeast. Spicy lingering finish. Light to medium bodied, a bit heavy for a Saison, but not crazy. Fine fizzy prickly carbonation. Pretty great flower Saison. BVery (10711) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUL 16, 2013
Tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Yeasty saison with flowers, lavender, and spice. Very nice. Dogbrick (13389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a slightly hazy copper color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually. Spotty lacing on the glass. Floral aroma with fruit and yeast notes. Light to medium body with flavors of peppery yeast, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is fruity with a floral and herbal aftertaste. Decent overall. Tasted on 6/8/2012 at SAVOR 2012. Aroma is very flowery. Taste is solid for a saison, but the flowers overpower. Okay. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 7, 2011
Pours copper with a tan head. Smells of hay, floral, some dry malt, some underlying funkiness. Tastes spicy and earthy with some floral notes and a peppery bite on the finish. Enjoyable. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - AUG 1, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2013 Flowery hop flavors without much bitterness at all. Like a saison. May have a Belgian yeast.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a hazy, dark golden color. There was almost no head and no lacing. The aroma is nice. A little yeasty and breadiness to the nose. Some flowery notes, as well as some faint fruits. The taste is very good. Medium bodied. Malts, some spice and pepper as well as floral tastes are in there. A bit yeasty and bready. Very nice!
