Sampled on tap at Willimantic Brewing Company. Pours a murky golden color with a light head. Aroma very faint on hops with malt being more prominent. Flavor too. Some hops and alcohol on the finish. Average body. I would like to try the brewery’s other IPAs, because this one didn’t really do it for me. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - JUN 26, 2010

It pours a cloudy amber orange with a small, white head. The nose is filled with citric hops, sweet malt, and tropical notes. The taste brings some earthy and herbal notes to the party with the tropicals and citrus notes coming back for an encore. Medium bodied with low carbonation and a long, bitter finish. Quite a nice IPA!
Pours amber with a thin white head. Smells of citrus, resin, peppery. Tastes spicy and sticky with some resiny ints on the finish. Lubiere (13796) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 5, 2009
A hazy golden amber ale with a thin white head. A light biscuitty malt with floral hops, restrained. In mouth, the hops hits you like in a battle, with citrus, and bitterness and a nice malt base, well balanced. Herbal and grainy, this is a very well done IPA. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Inbièrenationale IV, May 2007. beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 9, 2007
Hazy orange pour with a ring of white lace. Solid aroma of fruity, spicy hops and malt. Strong flavor of spicy, fruity hops with a good malt back-bone and a strong bitter finish. The body is medium with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub, of course. Thick, dirty yellow with a white head. Nose is huge hops - citrusy grapefruit, resiny pine and earthy bitter scents. The flavor is a huge amalgam of the above mentioned, intensely bitter. The finish is more of the same, lingering well past the bottom of the glass. Simply a hophead dream - don’t go looking for balance here! Miguel (1181) - Saint-Ours, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 21, 2007
Robe ambrée voilée sans mousse. Arômes légers de houblon. Saveurs de houblon amérisant résineux et de levures.
