@CBC Cask Night by MBAA–pours a light tan head with bubbles and hazy amber color. Aroma is herbal hops, secondary peat-medium malt. Taste is herbal hops, secondary peat-medium malt. Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 10, 2009
It is indeed well red. And deep. A good looking off-white head.
Light chocolate and plums get right up your nose.
Sweet and fruity with a light bitter finish. Lovely roasted malt flavours run deep.
Nice and thick with a tongue tingling carbonation.
Great, very traditional for the USA. Smooth and delicious with depth and classiness.

Growler. Pours a clear, dark amber with a ruby tint. Huge tan head. Rather nutty nose, no metallic notes I find so common in reds. Mild caramel and earth round out the aroma. Nice malty flavor, nutty and a bit earthy, mildly bitter. Excellent lace rings. Borders on being an English bitter. Nice drinker.
