a: hazy golden amber color, a bit darker than most hefeweizens I have seen. slight head with decent retetnion, reduces into a light lacing cap.
s: light wheat aroma, slightly floral hop aroma. hint of slight spice and banana from yeast.
t: dominating banana flavor, well done as it is not over the top. slightly spice on the after taste. This is a good Hefe.
Tap at GABF as Hazy Days Mosaic. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is strong grass, blueberry, wheat. Medium body, grass, juicy hop, wheat, light bitterness, very good. johnnnniee (4405) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 18, 2016
Tap at Small City Taphouse.
Hazy deep yellow with a huge rocky white head that persists forever. Spicy earthy wheat and yeasty esters with a touch of spicy hops to counter. Came off a bit sweet to me.

(can - 12 oz) Cloudy gold with a fluffy white head. Light hops in the aroma with some sweetness and whet dryness. Flavor is very light in the hops department with a light dry sweetness. [9/11/15] Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 30, 2015
Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of herbal wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, grassy hops and malt. The finish is wheaty and herbal with a slightly hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall. sturmthis (1149) - Bavaria, GERMANY - JUL 26, 2015
On draft. Hazy golden color with little head. Tropical fruit, pineapple, wheat aroma. Wheat, lemon, a little tropical fruit taste. Lighter than the aroma, but still good.

On tap at Pigskin for OBW, poured into a OBW sample glass. Pours cloudy golden with small white head and herbal hop aroma. Taste is grapefruit and some banana. Above average american wheat ale. Quite a bit of hops in this one, but it works pretty well for me. JStax (7125) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUN 22, 2013
Draft. Pours a hazy straw color with a white head of foam. Aroma is wheat, straw, grass, lemon and orange zest. Taste is Brad and citrus zest. Really good wheat. Nephilium (1821) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - AUG 5, 2012
(Growler, listed as an American Wheat) Nice clean hop aroma to start out with, pours an almost opaque orange/amber, with a full white head. Very light mouthfeel, with a little bit of creaminess from the wheat. The flavor is an interesting one, with just a touch of sweet wheat malts, then a blast of floral hops. Quite interesting for the style, and I’m really liking it. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 6, 2012
Sample served in a plastic cup at Ohio Brew Week 2012. Thin off-white head. Faded gold / amber color. Looks hazy. Nice light crisp carbonation, clear dry finish. Guy said it was dry-hopped with amarillo, and it does taste pleasantly hoppy for a wheat ale. Good floral herbal hop flavor lasts respectably into the aftertaste. Light bitter taste. A bit of tart citrus sweet. Light wheat flavor, spices. Probably the hoppiest wheat ale I’ve ever had, too hoppy, really.. But it’s an interesting effort for sure
