Pint from tap at Wimberley Brewing Company. Very good hefeweizen. Pours orangy/amber-colored, very fruity with a slight bitter aftertaste.

Cloudy orangish golden color. Big white head. Bitter banana bread aroma. Lots of bready banana flavor. A very solid hefe. Full wheat and yeasty esters while maintaining a medium-light body. The finish has a nice bite and a little bitterness.

(Draught) Pours a hazy golden body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of wheat, mustiness, banana, and bread. Flavor of banana, wheat, and some citrus.

Hazy, unfiltered cloudy orange color with no carbonation and no formed head. Sweet wheat/malt aroma with yeast and coriander and a hint of honey in the nose (although I was assured no honey was added). Sour palate, hints of citrus (lemon). Overall, sweet and sour, a good home brewed hefeweizen. Nice finish of coriander...
