Cask conditioned at The Lazy Trout, Meerbrook, Staffs. Gold with white head. Quite a smooth malty beer, reasonably bitter and dry with a light citrusy edge. Hints of baked breadcrust. Particularly pleasant during a long bike ride.
Bottle at home. Poured a pale clear gold with a medium bright white head. Aroma is peach, lime and citrus, hints of strawberries and cream. Flavour is hoppy and light, some mild bitterness in the finish. Quite nice.
