Bree Loiuse. Cask. Almost clear gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light and crispy with good fine carbonation. Mild apple, little bubblegum ester, light and semi sweet orange citrus. Semi dry finish. Condition seems fine but possibly a tad green.
Cask at Bree Louise. Pump clip said cloudy wheat beer, but what I got was a clear golden, lacklustre, fairly bland tasting beer about a million miles away from what I thought I’d get. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 20, 2013
August 20, 2013 - hand-pull cask at The Wenlock Arms. Clear gold, small off-white head. Semi sweet aroma - heather, light cereal, mild floral/perfume bitterness. Taste is a bitter pungent and bitter, a little apricot, nice balance. Average body, chewy, light astringency and solid carbonation, rasonably long slightly dry bitter finish. Pretty solid stuff for. Warm day.
