COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
Our black IPA, Conqueror is a rich, complex and very distinctive ale. It is brewed with a careful blend of five speciality malts along with Summit and Cascade hops to produce an intense combination of roasted flavours balanced with full fresh pine hop aroma.

Gravity Cask Half Pint at Wandsworth Beer Festival, Le Gothique, London in Mar 2011 - Black in colour, with reddish highlights. Very Fruity; grapefruit citrus. Very Hoppy; grassy and piney hops. Malty; roasty malts, hints of chocolate and coffee. Bitter fruity citrus hops meet sweet roasty malts. Quite dry. Very drinkable. Nice Beer! (2011-03-24)

Dark ruby. No head. Some sweetness and citrus in aroma. In taste some chocolate little smoke. Some american hops but not much. Too low bitterness. Good easy drinking beer. Need more hops...

On tap at Parcel Yard, Kings X Station. Black, head with very large bubbles, gone quickly. Medium sweet. Bitter, astringent finish. Not much aroma.

Cask. Aroma malty and straw. Pours dark bubbly top broken lace diminishing. Tastes caramel bitter chocolate and hoppy afters. Reasonably balanced but thereby less memorable.

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. 25/08/16. Sweet and malty aroma. Dark, with a chestnut tinge. Decent beige head. Medium bitter, with a soft mouthfeel. Light. But particulalry interesting.

Cask at the Hope and Champion, Beaconsfield. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is grassy hop, light roast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeast, dry earthy, light spice, grassy floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
