The Wolf of Glen Moray is a range of limited edition ales aged in freshly emptied Glen Moray whisky casks. This is the first edition using a port cask used by Glen Moray to create their Port Cask Finish Whisky. Six months in the making, the Wolf has matured with plump summer fruits on the nose, fruit flavours through the dark chocolate malt and a refined warm finish. 1750 bottles only.

[ As Windswept Wolf of Glen Moray - Port Cask Finish ].
[ Bottle #1408/3300 ]. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, sweet malt, caramel, wood, light vanilla, some hint of wood - port - tawny. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, bread, caramel, sweet malt, wood, light vanilla, wood - port - tawny - barrel notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118]
