Sample form a bottle at Køge Øldag 2016. Dark brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, licorice, whiskey and chocolate.

Bottle 500ml. Now this is a beer style I like. Deep brown with a whiteish head. Robust taste and aroma of dark chocolate and some sweet raisins (?). Roasted malts finishes the taste, and it gets better by sitting at an inn overlooking a beautiful Scottish landscape :)

[email protected], Copenhagen - dark brown pour with off white head. Roasted and roasted malty with some nice notes of cocoa, some caramel, dark fruit, light spice, new brewery for me, great first impression! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. A brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, alcohol, and bread, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Thick, dark and treacly. Sweet tasting and fairly strong. Quite nice. Creamy off-white head and almost black body.

Cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Dark ruby, beige head. Medium thick body, a bit sticky. Sweet malt and liquorice, dried dark fruits. Pretty tasty, but a pint was more than enough.

ERB92 (766) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 30, 2016
Aroma of Caramel, hay, bread and berries. Mahogany with a tan head. Medium to heavy sweet and nedium bitter. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Overall quite a nice English Strong Ale, enjoyable.
