Bottle: Pale golden, quickly vanishing white head; distinctive dryish grassy-hoppy nose with a solid sweet pale-malty background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a malty base; slightly lingering dry grassy-hoppy finish. Very decent semi-bohemian Pilsener.......... Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 27, 2013
It’s yellow-golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of vegetables, malt and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of vegetables/cabbage, dusty grain and straw and the finish is dry - not really pleasant because of the vegetable notes... (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blonde foamy white head of medium size. Sweet, slightly biscuity and cara-malty nose with a delicate herbal hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Malt-accented taste with impressions of biscuits and a bready note; sweet and slightly bitter finish with a light hops character. Drinkable and smooth brew, more like a Märzen/Spezial than a Pilsener (19.07.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale yellow, large and fluffy head. Hoppy nose. Quite hoppy, very lively carbonation, which gives it an unusual mouthfeel. Bitter-sweet character, reminds me of a Czech Pilsener. I think I would haven enjoyed it even more, if the carbonation had not been so lively. 3fourths (9351) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 24, 2012

clear sparkling gold body with a billowy white head, proper appearance for German pils. mineral-rich nose of calcium with mild touches of sulfer, clean yeast profile, lightly grassy and spicy German hops and a clean, succulent and crisp pilsner malt toastiness. well-made though pedestrian and basic, which isn’t a criticism as this one was easily quaffable and enjoyed very much.
*Nice grassy and fresh Pils. Moderate bitterness with hints of grain and nice grassy parts. Not too sweetish, nice and crisp with a fresh and a bit grainy aftertaste. Nice! lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 22, 2012
500 ml bottle. BBE 19.05.2012.jonas (7748) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - SEP 7, 2012
Pours a clear golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of bread, hay and strong grassy hops. Flavour of bread, sweet honey, strong grassy hops and a good malty backbone. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a dry bitter finish with hay. A nice dry Pils.
Tap. Very attractive pearling golden, rocky white head served in a tall flute, really nice. Flowery and light grassy aroma. Dry sparkly body, medium body, quite chewy though, chalky dry, nice grassy and aromatic hop profile, dry grassy aftertaste. Really enjoyable pilsner.
