It’s unclear golden with a white creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has fairly mild notes of yeast, fruit and wheat, and the finish is slightly spicy. Not bad at all, but also not exciting. tmongoose (2504) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - APR 26, 2012
given by friend who got in germany.. pours hazy yellow color with big white frothy head that lingers to the end. everything about this beer is mild. the aroma of wheat is mild. something a bit tangy in there cant put my finger on it. the flavor is of mild wheat and that same tanginess. but dont pick up much else in this. this is a light bodied with mild flavor and light and refreshing. Sticky, clingy in the mouth. Meant to be that way, I think. Not very sweet, but very wheat, tang, acidic. Wheat beer but not really hefe; no more trad German flavors, no bubblegum, or banana, or even pepper. Maybe sticky clove. Conditioned OK. Makes me thirsty for water or a better beer. bierkoning (13243) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUL 16, 2009
Bottle. Orange blonde. Yoghurtaroma. Tangerine and yoghurt in the flavor. Buttery, even a bit rancid. Hints of citric sourness. Flowery. Unclean, yet interesting Weissbier.
