A lovely summer beer in the same line as the Belgian wheat beers - but with buckwheat instead of wheat. It has flavours of both fruit and spice. A beer doesn't get more refreshing than this.

Tap @ the brewery ( DØE meeting ) Pours light golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, honey, light sourness. Taste is malt, light fruity, honey and a light sourness. Thin body, soft carbonation, dry finish. 150611

Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, fruity and light sour - yoghurt. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. I had this at the brewery. First it was served with added juice from elderflowers, which was quite refreshing. I asked to try it without the juice and I was warned about the sourness in advance. It was really only very lightly sour and not bad at all. 150611

Bottle. Tasting at Ekstedt´s place. Thanks to Nisse666. Hazy yellow/golden colour. Aroma and flavor of brett, horse/barnyard, sourness, citrus and spices. Not totaly undrinkable, most likely not intended to be like this.

Bottle, 2010-06-05, Göteborg, thx to HenrikS AP: weak tea with milk (spök vatten) and some stuff floating around in the beverage, no head AR/F: sour bitterness, cow pee - I like sour ale but this one was to much - hope the flowers in the flowerbed appreciate the extra fluid.

ekstedt (6977) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 6, 2010

Clear golden of color with a white head. An aroma with smoke, sour notes, fruit, dust and herbs. A flavor of old clothes, dust, hops, smoke and herbs, weak sour.

NosirIwont (2592) - Husum, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2009
Bottle. Apparently from an infected batch, which the brewer thought interesting and thus bottled anyway. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Dry hoppy aroma. Notes of brett, horse stable and citrus. Decent and quite interesting. Flavour is tart with dry hops, citrus and brett. Smoked, tart finish. Even though infected this still turned out interesting and actually rather good. Will have to try an uninfected sample too though. 26-09-09.
