On tap at "Plan B", Copenhagen. Very hoppy IPA-like nose. The flavour is surprisingly malty and somewhat sweet before the nicely bitter and hoppy finish. Pleasant and the alcohol is practically undetectable. HenrikSoegaard (14176) - Randers, DENMARK - MAR 20, 2005
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2006 With an aroma that is very good, it tastes so powerfull that you almost eat this beer. The palate is oily and full. Ungstrup (37678) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2005
[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Kolding] An unclear orange beer with a white disappearing head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with hints of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty and quite hoppy and bitter. A good Double IPA, but I’d like even more hoppyness. Jeppe (2631) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - DEC 15, 2004
Draught at a friends place. Rating number 1500!!ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 2, 2004
Pours unclear orange golden with a thick white head. Nice and fresh aroma, creamy and hoppy with flower and yoghurt notes. Flavor is dominated by plenty of hops. Not too bitter but more fruity and flowery hoppy with a good dry hoppy bitterness in the finish. Soft and very complex and tasty as a mofo. I had about 4 pints in one evening and if it hadn’t run out I would have kept drinking it for the rest of the night! An excellent choice for my 1500th rating!!
Hazy orange colour with small off-white head. Aroma has a lot of hops, maybe some freshness from some lemon. Flavor is dominated by the hops, wich leaves a nice solid bitterness.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2006 Not cask conditioned, but handpumped. Very good hop aroma. Cloudy dark yellow, OK head. Nice, aromatic hop flavour, good clean bitterness. A little sweet for an IPA, but of course also quite high ABV. 8 3 8 3 17

Bottle. Very hazy orange colour, unstable white head. The aroma has a hint of smoke. The flavour is peppery and slightly sweet with some citric fruit. Good mouthfeel in which the alcohol is felt. 7 3 7 3 17
Hand pumped at Cockney pub Århus.
Slightly cloudy. Aroma: Hops hops hops! The 8.2% alc. is dangerously well hidden. Smooth and with a hoppy finish.
"Ikke ringe" as we say in Århus. (meaning "not bad" - but really meaning "extremely good")

Draught at Ølbaren. Served in pint glass. Amber color. Minimal head. The aroma is powerfully hopped - very inviting. The taste is perfectly balanced between juicy, fresh hoppiness and solid, delicious, caramely maltiness - yum. Long, bitter, impressive finish. Lively mouthfeel with a nice bite to it. Superb drinkability - the alcohol remains hidden all the way through. A really impressive, delicious double IPA. madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2004
Draught @ Ølbaren: Clear amber/orange coloured. Small off white head, that diminishes quickly. Aroma is floral and hoppy. Flavour is very hoppy, light fruity and has a subtle note of sweetness. Ends on a nice bitter note. This is a nice smooth and very drinkable beer, but not as extreme as I would like it for the style.
