Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont, DC 12oz ($4.50hh): Pours a yellow orange color with a white head. Aroma is of cheese and mushrooms and dirt (this is a good thing). I don’t think that most people who sampled this beer were seriously looking at the nuance present in this beer, because this beer was seriously dirty in the way a dub-step show is dirty, which people who listen to dub-step think is a good thing. In any case, in the taste there is plenty of hop bitterness and more earth. I didn’t quite get the almost smoke, but I got some of that tasty dirt and it was good. A unique beer worth drinking by one and all. Camons (12450) - Hasselager, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2011

From bottle, 10 CL. Amber with a reddish tint with a small white head. Light malt flavor with moderate hop. Notes of smoke, possibly error brew. Slightly sweet taste followed by a moderate hoppy taste and aftertaste DuffMan (10435) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 20, 2011
Bottle, shared with Mike. Orange amber with sediment tailings, huge gold-tinted head. Aroma is sweet with perfumey fruit, lychee and pear. Sweet candy-ish malts, lightly floral perfumey aromatics lead into a very bitter finish with hints of spice and yeast. A very nice change to try an IIPA with some Euro hop varieties. thetomG (246) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 1, 2011
Strange brew this one...
Appearance: Nice orange/amber color with sizeable layer of white foamy head.
Aroma: I’m clearly picking up a bit of yeasty funk... quite strange.
Taste: DEFINITE and STRONG funky/sour flavor dominates. I’m not sure if this is infected or old (it was a gift), but it certainly tastes nothing like any other DIPA I’ve ever had... very odd. My girlfriend LOVES sours and she is thoroughly enjoying this one...
Mouthffeel & Drinkability : tart flavor makes it a bit hard to drink for me, but the mouthfeel is nice - somewhat smooth & creamy.

Tap. Poured a orange color, small head. Aroma was grapefruit notes, hops. Flavor was hops, malts, notes of caramel, slightly tart finish. Another beer that hid the alcohol quite well all things considered.
