Hand pumped at Cockney pub Århus.
Slightly cloudy. Aroma: Hops hops hops! The 8.2% alc. is dangerously well hidden. Smooth and with a hoppy finish.
"Ikke ringe" as we say in Århus. (meaning "not bad" - but really meaning "extremely good")

Draught at a friends place. Rating number 1500!!rane (1094) - Nibe, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2006
Pours unclear orange golden with a thick white head. Nice and fresh aroma, creamy and hoppy with flower and yoghurt notes. Flavor is dominated by plenty of hops. Not too bitter but more fruity and flowery hoppy with a good dry hoppy bitterness in the finish. Soft and very complex and tasty as a mofo. I had about 4 pints in one evening and if it hadn’t run out I would have kept drinking it for the rest of the night! An excellent choice for my 1500th rating!!
UPDATED: JAN 14, 2007 Great beer.
Amber colour with small white head. Aroma sweetwith lots of hops and citrusgrass, mayby also notes of fruits.
Taste malts and hops and very long lasting with a good and for Wintercoat typical bitterness. Not as hoppy as some other IIPPAs. As mentioned earlier the alcohol is very well hidden.
Tasted again 140107 still a great beer and no changes to my rating. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 21, 2009
Draught at Delaney’s...served in alt glass. Amber-copper/dark gold. gorgeous. Bright hoppy fruity aroma includes papaya and cannabis. The flavors are fabulous!!! Smokey--surprising change of pace from the aromas. Almost thought it was a smoked beer. Subtle and unique, has old ale qualities. A refined and fabulous brew. I would have liked at least one more. chrisv10 (18218) - DENMARK - MAY 23, 2009
Bottle, 50 cl. Amber-copper/dark gold. Bright hoppy fruity aromas. Smells citrussy.

Hazy deep golden color with a nice white head. The taste is a smooth malty body with a complex yet balanced hoppy palate. Finishes slightly dry but very nice. ToolHead (266) - København, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2004
Draught at Ølbaren. Served in pint glass. Amber color. Minimal head. The aroma is powerfully hopped - very inviting. The taste is perfectly balanced between juicy, fresh hoppiness and solid, delicious, caramely maltiness - yum. Long, bitter, impressive finish. Lively mouthfeel with a nice bite to it. Superb drinkability - the alcohol remains hidden all the way through. A really impressive, delicious double IPA. Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2004
Plan B is a great plase with more than 300 beers, and I had thise one from tab, just perfect! A dark golden beer with a heavy hoppy nose and taste in a full body. The finish was bitter sweet, I´ll have thise one again!!! HenrikSoegaard (14448) - Randers, DENMARK - MAR 20, 2005
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2006 With an aroma that is very good, it tastes so powerfull that you almost eat this beer. The palate is oily and full. Minamizawa (62) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2005
