Poured hazy brown color with an average frothy light brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate yeast, spice and dark fruit aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and flat carbonation. Medium fruiity sweet flavor with a medium rich sweet finish of moderate duration.

Deep clear brown ale with burgundy hues, and a thick oka head. A pleasant herbal aroma, slight caramel, currants and alcohol. In mouth, a sweet caramel with nice light maple, light hopping, cointreau overtones, lacking a bit in body, but overall, a very nice x-mas ale with warming alcohol.
