On tap at brewpub. Very light copper. Sharp hop aroma. Very liight sweet malt. Crisp and solid, but not spectacular. Oakes (17668) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 10, 2005
Dull tan. Slightly fruity, bready aroma. A little tart, fruity but lively. OK, forget it’s supposed to be a bock. Is it good? The lively fruity-yeast character is enjoyable. There is sufficient body and malt balance to carry this character. Structurally it’s sound and overall it’s a fun beer. But don’t expect a bock.
