Pours pale golden orange with small clingy head. Aroma is pine, orange, unky bready yeast and coconut. Taste is medium sticky sweet but nicely balanced bitter and mildly sour too. Overall pretty damn nice!

rodbod (456) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - FEB 15, 2016
Bottle from the Good Spirits Co. Wine & Beer. Cloudy gold with a persistent skim of froth. Nose has the requisite sharpness of a saison, along with interesting sweet fruity hop notes. palate is quite thick/rich for a saison, with sweet malt, bitter hops, and a sour-sharp note from the saison yeast. Jolly Good stuff!

Keg at the old fountain. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting small off white head. Nice subdued saison yeast character, orange blossom hop, assertive smooth hop bitterness. Palate is airy spritzy carbonation, tangy zesty finish. Good saison.
